Manifest Business Specialists was founded in 2022 by Sarah Pagona, a seasoned strategist with a track record of winning contracts, streamlining operations, and driving organizational growth. What started as a solo consultancy has grown into a full-service firm supporting federal, state, local, commercial, and nonprofit clients nationwide.

About the Founder
Sarah Pagona brings over a decade of experience in government contracting, project management, and strategic operations. Before launching Manifest, she held leadership roles directing multimillion-dollar efforts in CRM deployment, app development, and public-sector bid strategy.
